- Served as process engineer for one of North America's larger and lower-cost ethylene manufacturing facilities, providing technical leadership, troubleshooting, process safety support, and capital project development.
- Frequently led the Process Engineering team during the Lead Process Engineer's absence, coordinating priorities and supporting operational decision-making.
- Completed Cracked Gas, Propylene Refrigeration, and Ethylene Refrigeration Compressor mechanical limit studies — the basis for the plant debottlenecking study.
- Led the process dryer dump-and-reload effort for the ethylene unit, coordinating operations, maintenance, and engineering to safely restore equipment performance.
- Worked with vendors and SMEs to complete the FEED study and design of a marine vapor combustion unit (MVCU) system.
- Played a significant engineering role in the 2025 1544 Turnaround — troubleshooting, planning, startup support, and risk reduction; managed 4th-stage suction drum work to address a known unit limit and increase throughput post-startup.
- Led a study reducing pyrolysis tar accumulation and emulsion formation in the quench water system, improving operability and reliability.
- Served as the site's PRD/PSV Subject Matter Expert, supporting relief system evaluations, overpressure protection studies, and PSM compliance.
- Currently leading the Furnace backflow project to prevent hydrocarbon backflow from the Quench Tower.
